You will have the most success downloading with an FTP program like WS_FTPLE or Smart FTP. Use DNS number of 161.58.126.107. Log in anonymously. You will save yourself many headaches.
If you are using Internet Explorer make sure it is Version 5 or higher. Select the MP3 button to the left.
You will be shown various spots for multiple clients. Please make sure you download the exact commercial code you were given.
